Mengikut info, Dato’ Aliff Syukri ni anak kepada Puan Rozita pengasas produk kosmetik Sendayu Tinggi. Memang menjadi misteri ahli keluarga mereka apabila jarang melihat gambar bersama-sama.

Perkara yang disyaki adalah ketika gambar viral Dato Aliff makan durian, ada seorang wanita yang duduk disebalik tiang (tudung hijau), wajahnya persis seperti Yatie Sendayu Tinggi.

Kebetulan pula, Instagram Yatie ada gambar Dato Aliff ketika mereka bercuti bersama-sama ke New Zealand.

Kalau betul mereka adik beradik, memang sangat-sangat teruja sebab mewarisi kecantikan dari ibu mereka.

SHAH ALAM - “Menghadapi kehilangan orang yang rapat dengan kita bukanlah mudah,” demikian luah balu wartawan pemotoran Sinar Harian, Allahyarham Nik Norul Hidayat Nik Mustafa‎ yang maut dalam kemalangan 9 Julai lalu.

Diselangi airmata, Anis Naziha Abdul Rauf berkata, meskipun perjalanan hidupnya tidak lagi seperti dahulu, dia harus terus kuat mengharungi hari mendatang lebih-lebih lagi dia kini sarat mengandungkan anak tunggal pasangan itu.

‎"Nik pergi dalam keadaan tidak tahu saya mengandung, saya sendiri pun tidak sedar yang saya mengandung sehinggalah rakan menasihati saya untuk lakukan pemeriksaan (selepas pemergian suami)

"Meskipun perit untuk menghadapi takdir, saya perlu kuat dan terus tabah untuk mengharungi hidup bersama anak yang bakal lahir pada bulan hadapan,” katanya ketika berkongsi kisahnya selepas menerima sumbangan Kumpulan Media Karangkraf kepada keluarganya, di sini, hari ini.

Allahyarham Nik Norul Hidayat Nik Mustafa yang lebih mesra dipanggil Nik meninggal dunia jam 6.41 pagi di Hospital Putrajaya, setelah terbabit dalam kemalangan di Kilometer 19.6 Lebuhraya Elite.

Mengakui sedar tentang perubahan tingkah laku Allahyarham beberapa ketika sebelum meninggal dunia, Anis berkata, dia tidak pernah menyangka ia merupakan petanda Allahyarham akan pergi meninggalkannya buat selama-lamanya.

“Pada kebiasaannya, sebelum arwah ke tempat kerja, saya akan selalu berpesan kepadanya supaya dia berhati-hati. Saya tidak pernah terlupa berpesan tentang hal yang sama.

"Dan ditakdirkan ALLAH, pada hari itu (hari kemalangan) saya terlupa beri pesanan itu kepadanya,” luah Anis yang tidak dapat menyembunyikan dukanya.

Menurut wanita berusia 32 tahun ini juga, dia juga pernah bermimpi tentang kemalangan menimpa Allahyarham sebelum tragedi itu berlaku.

“Lima hari sebelum kejadian, saya ada bermimpi bahawa arwah meninggal akibat kemalangan dan terlalu ramai orang yang datang untuk melakukan solat jenazah ke atasnya.

"Pada masa itu saya anggap mimpi itu hanya mimpi biasa,” ujarnya lagi.

Anis turut terkilan kerana suaminya tidak sempat menjamah nasi beriani kambing yang dibelinya untuk berbuka puasa bersama pada Ramadan lalu.

“Dia minta saya belikan nasi beriani kambing untuk berbuka puasa sekali…tapi dia tidak sempat makan,” katanya yang tidak dapat menahan sebak.

Once again, this year, Apple's laptops collectively received our highest ratings. It's nice to see Apple finally on Twitter for support (which happened after our survey), but we wish Apple would make it easier to locate the live-chat feature on its site.

Warranty (5/5)

Apple's standard coverage is the same yearlong, limited warranty that most vendors offer, but the Cupertino, California-based company stands out by offering several convenient ways to service a malfunctioning laptop. If you live near an Apple store, you can bring your system to the Genius Bar for repairs. Or, you can mail your laptop back to Apple, and the company will pay for shipping. Also, in some cases in which the repair is easy to make, Apple may send you a part with instructions on how to install it yourself. Adding RAM or swapping out the storage drive does not void your warranty.

Software (5/5)

Apple's software offerings have continued to be strong, though they're not all that different from last year. The 12-inch MacBook, the MacBook Air and the MacBook Pro all come with the iWork suite and some multimedia software. The iWork package includes Pages, Numbers and Keynote — free, solid alternatives to Microsoft Office. The iLife suite's branding is gone, but iMovie and GarageBand are still OS X mainstays, while iPhoto has been replaced with the simply named Photos.

In 2015, the company's OS X El Capitan desktop operating system introduced some long-awaited features, including the ability to display windows side by side. Public transit directions were finally introduced to Apple Maps, and the Spotlight search feature was updated to show information such as stocks, news and weather.

Innovation (9/10)

In 2015, Apple released its most innovative notebook in a long time: the 12-inch MacBook, plainly dubbed "MacBook." This 2-pound laptop uses contoured battery cells to provide more than 8 hours of endurance, a unique butterfly keyboard mechanism that provides good feedback for otherwise shallow keys, a sensitive Force Touch trackpad and a USB Type-C power port, all of which are innovations. The company also updated its OS X operating system, adding a host of new features, including natural language search, a split-screen view and a new graphics API.

Value and Selection (5/15)

Apple keeps its lineup simple, offering just five laptops. The 11.6- and 13.3-inch MacBook Airs are extremely light and long-lasting, but they lack high-res displays. The 13- and 15-inch MacBook Pros cost and weigh a bit more than the Airs but offer sharp, Retina displays and the powerful performance that creative professionals need. The 12-inch MacBook is the lightest of all, weighing just 2 pounds, and sports a high-res display. However, that machine has the weakest battery life and performance of the bunch.

The company doesn't offer the option to choose a laptop with the latest Intel 6th-Generation "Skylake" CPU. While every other manufacturer refreshes its laptops as soon as the leading chipmaker comes out with new processors, Apple waits six months or longer to release models based on a new platform.

The word "cheap" isn't in Apple's vocabulary: The lowest-priced MacBook, the 11-inch MacBook Air, starts at $899, while all the other systems are $999 and up. If you're not wedded to the OS X ecosystem, you can find some better values in the Windows world. The Dell XPS 13, for example, weighs even less than the 13-inch MacBook Air, has a 1080p display and starts at $799.

How Apple Can Improve

It's way past time for Apple to tweak its standard laptop chassis design, because the most current MacBook Pro and MacBook Air look identical to their predecessors from 2010. The company has never been about offering cheap systems, but adding some lower-priced options would help its Value and Selection score.

Your neighbors are doing it. You’ve read some articles that now is the right time. You even got something in the mail about being a good candidate. All this may be true, but when it comes to answering the question Should I refinance?, ultimately the decision is a personal one. A refinance calculator can take your financial information and help you figure out if it’s really right for you. But before you can even do that, you need to make sure you know exactly what it is everyone’s talking about.

What is Refinancing?

Refinancing a mortgage entails getting a new loan on your home with new terms. It is generally done to either change the length of the loan or get a more beneficial (aka lower) interest rate. Of course, you could also be refinancing to get some equity out of your home (to free up some cash to use elsewhere).

If you’re looking to build equity in your home sooner, you can refinance to a shorter term loan. Refinancing to, say, a 15-year loan will mean your monthly payments will be higher but you will be done paying off your loan sooner. You will own the home outright in a shorter period of time. Overall, the cost of the home will be lower because you will pay less interest.

If you are looking to free up cash for other needs, you might want to do the opposite. By refinancing to a longer term, you will have lower monthly payments. But you will be making these payments for a longer time and in the end paying more interest. Still, this can be helpful if other expenses in your monthly budget have gone up or you have other investment opportunities you want to explore.

Things You Need to Know

This can be a big decision. When you first bought the house you probably thought you were done thinking about mortgages, interest rates and all of that. But as with many financial decisions, it’s a good idea to revisit your mortgage situation and make sure it is still in your best interest.

There are many factors you should consider when determining whether to refinance. These include your current mortgage size, the new mortgage you would be taking out, the current home value, the current interest rate of your loan, the new interest rate and the closing costs.

OK, so Should I Refinance?

To see if refinancing makes sense for you, try out a refinance calculator. You enter some specific information and the refinance calculator determines what makes the most sense for your particular situation. Then you can even play around a little bit to see what factors would change the recommendations.

The main number you are looking out for is the point when the monthly savings of the new mortgage become greater than the up-front costs of refinancing. In other words, how long will it take you to recoup the fees you paid to do the refinance? If that number is within the timeframe you plan on staying in the house, you may want to refinance. If you’re planning on selling in the near future, refinancing might not be worth it.

A good refinance calculator (like the SmartAsset one above, lucky you!) will show you the two scenarios – keeping your current mortgage and getting a new one. Then you can see how your monthly payment will be affected and how much you can expect to pay in closing costs. This also shows that very important timeframe for how long you have to maintain the new mortgage to save enough money to cover the up-front costs. Basically, this is the point when you start actually saving money.

When to Refinance

In 2007 (the peak of the recent “housing bubble”), the average interest rate on a 30-year mortgage was 6.34%. As of May 2015, that rate is around 3.8%. So there’s a chance you could see a big drop in your interest rate by refinancing. If you can now qualify for a lower-interest loan, it can save you a significant amount of money over a 15- or 30-year mortgage. Refinancing might make more sense than just making extra payments at your current interest rate.

It’s not just interest rates that change, though. You’ve probably changed a bit since you got your mortgage as well. If you’ve grown not just older, but wiser too, you may have improved your credit score. This means that while you might have had good credit before, now that you have EXCELLENT credit, you may qualify for a better interest rate.

Another sign that you should be refinancing is if you want to change the terms on your mortgage. One example of this is the length of the mortgage, which we touched on before. You can get a longer mortgage to make monthly payments smaller or a shorter mortgage to reduce overall costs. But you can also switch from an adjustable-rate mortgage to a fixed rate. If you’ve been enjoying a low rate with your ARM but now you want some stability, you can use a refinance as an opportunity to lock in a fixed rate.

Reasons You Might Not Want to Refinance

Refinancing usually requires you to have a certain amount of equity in your home. If you don’t have that, refinancing can be tough. The general refinancing rule of thumb is that lenders like you to have at least 20% equity in your home but there are exceptions.

Gone through some difficult financial times since you got your first mortgage? Say your credit has gotten worse since you first got your mortgage. You may not qualify for a refinance mortgage even if interest rates are available that are lower than what you have now.

Just like when you get a mortgage to first buy a home, there are some fees to refinancing your mortgage. The closing costs for a refinance cover things like application, loan origination and appraisal fees. If you don’t have the money to pay for closing costs up front, there is an option to roll them into the new mortgage. But this isn’t always the best decision. Sometimes adding those extra costs to your new monthly mortgage payments can negate any savings the refinance would otherwise get you.

Planning to move soon or have a job that uproots you regularly? Refinancing may not make sense because it generally takes some time to recoup those up-front closing costs.

And one more reason you might want to hold off on refinancing your mortgage: if you have to pay a penalty on your original mortgage. Some lenders will charge you a fee for paying off your mortgage early, even if you’re refinancing. Again, this could totally negate the savings of the refinance.

Making the Decision

Ultimately, whether you should refinance your current mortgage will come down to your specific situation. A refinance calculator can help you determine if it’s right for you. Happy number crunching!

Design

The display on Apple’s iPhone 4 is easily the sharpest and most clear display we have seen on the smartphones. The iPhone 4 features 960 x 640 pixel resolution, which holds no comparison to the 480 x 320 resolution that is found on its predecessor, the Apple iPhone 3GS. With such a high resolution, your eyes are unable to see each pixel on the iPhone 4, which results in a much clearer, crisper and more enjoyable display.

The display’s pixels were developed at 78 micrometers wide. According to Apple, because of their small size, Apple was able to pack four times the number of pixels onto the 3.5-inch screen. This results in 326 pixels per inch on the iPhone 4’s, display and it also means your images and text don't appear choppy and pixelated.

The sturdiness of this device is also a key feature of the iPhone 4’s design. The device is small, weighing only 4.8 ounces, but it feels indestructible. The retina display glass is made from the same materials used in helicopters, so if dropping smartphones is a common occurrence for you, the iPhone 4 is one of the best smartphones for you.

Cameras

iPhones have always been considered strong multimedia smartphones, and the iPhone 4 is no exception. However, this cellular device provides many advanced multimedia features that have taken this Apple iPhone leaps and bounds ahead of others. For example, two cameras are found on this device. One camera can be found above the front display and the other is found on the rear exterior next to the new LED flash. The primary 5MP (megapixel) camera, found on the rear of the device, also features a 5x digital zoom.

Not only is the ability to capture beautiful images simple with the iPhone 4, but the ability to shoot video in HD is also easy. This Apple product is no stranger to the new technology available on the smartphones market, and the ability to shoot HD means you can capture clear, bright and vivid images on the smartphones that you will want to share with everyone around. Also, this cellular device has the ability to perform basic editing tasks directly on your phone, so you can create a perfect HD video each time.

Internal Specs

Even with each of the advanced features the Apple iPhone 4 offers, smartphones still provides its users with basic call features and high quality. This product features your basic call waiting, caller ID and call holding.

However, smartphones offer a little more than making just your basic calls. The iPhone 4 features FaceTime, which allows you to video call anywhere, anytime. What makes FaceTime one of the best features we found on smartphones was the simplicity it offers the user. Tap a button and you could be seeing your best friend in China or watching your son ride his bike while being miles away from home.

FaceTime also worked directly from the box, which is rare for smartphones that we didn’t have to go through some tedious installation program to begin. The front camera on your device has been created so it has the correct field of view and focal length for the FaceTime feature. However, with another tap of your finger, you can show whomever you may be video calling what is happening from the back of your smartphone using the rear camera.

Battery Life

For smartphones, this cellular device offers its users 420 minutes of battery life, which we found impressive. This product will make it through the day on a single charge. Like every phone, the battery life will depend on how much it is used. Overall, this was not the longest battery life we saw, but we were not disappointed with what the iPhone 4 provided.

Features

Compared to this smartphone’s predecessors, the Apple iPhone 4 has the added ability to multitask. This multitasking ability on smartphones enables the user to run third-party apps and switch between them effortlessly and quickly. It allows for audio to be played in the background while you have several applications running. Also, apps that use GPS can be running while your smartphone is performing several other tasks.

This multitasking capability is made possible because of the iOS 4 operating system. We were greatly impressed by the intuitive interface it provides on smartphones. It makes smartphones easy and simple to use, yet it gives rise to one of the most powerful and enjoyable devices as well. The iOS 4 is also the platform for the thousands of available apps.

Summary

Apple’s iPhone 4 is easily one of the best smartphones available on the market and is several steps ahead of its competition. It is easy to get caught up in the vast selection of high-end features offered on this phone, but the basic features also provide the highest quality. The Apple iPhone 4 really shows what smartphones should be able to do, and it will be quite some time before anyone can truly match it.

Cameras

When our office first watched the original iPhone 6 announcement, there was an audible groan as Apple pointed out the new camera's specs. It seemed little had changed from the iPhone 5s: the 6 would once again sport an 8-megapixel sensor with an ƒ/2.2 aperture. The front-facing camera would only capture 720p video, instead of the 1080p that virtually every other flagship manages. Yes, the iPhone has long been considered one the finest smartphone cameras in the world, but would we really get nothing new?

We shouldn't have worried. At only 8 megapixels, captured images are smaller and less suitable for cropping than what you might get out of a 13- or 16-megapixel camera, but their quality is top-notch. The A8 chip is doing some great behind-the-scenes work to translate your pictures into stunning photos, with beautiful color reproduction and crisp results. You'll have to buy the iPhone 6 Plus if you want optical image stabilization, but the iPhone 6 still manages to capture striking stills and smooth video. Plus, the 240 fps slow-motion mode is pure fun.

Internal Specs

It's no surprise that Apple doesn't advertise the clock speed of its A8 processor; at first blush, it seems like it should be slow. In a world of 2.7GHz chips, wouldn't a 1.4GHz CPU be considerably less powerful? In this case, however, the numbers don't tell the whole story. Between its 64-bit, desktop-class architecture and the "Metal" firmware that gives applications low-overhead access to all those transistors, the A8 chip screams. Our in-house benchmark tests saw the iPhone 6 rocket past its competitors in GFXBench and Basemark, and perform respectably in 3D Mark.

Fast though the processor may be, we truly wish Apple would build expandable storage into its iPhones. Being able to plug a 64GB or 128GB microSD card into a phone gives you tremendous flexibility, whether it's with managing big videos or listening to massive music collections. Yes, we're grateful that Apple has increased the upper-tier model's storage capacity to 128GB, but its entry-level phones still come with just 16GB – an almost insultingly low number in this day and age.

Battery Life

For years, iPhone users have quietly admitted that for all the smartphone's strengths and design superiority, its battery life hasn't kept up with the best competitors. While the iPhone 6's battery makes up for some lost ground, it's still not great – at least by modern standards.

Many flagships boast over 20 hours of talk time and two weeks of standby time. Web browsing and video playback time tends to vary a bit based on the pixel density of the screen, since bigger displays with more pixels require more power to run. But in the final tally, a phone should have no problem making it from the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep.

Fortunately, the iPhone 6's 1810 mAh battery stores enough power to pull you through a full day of video, web browsing and music; it just won't last much longer. The latest phones from LG and Samsung will often make it through two full days of moderate use, or a day and a half of heavy use. If you're a heavy iPhone 6 user, expect to manage a full day without plugging in, but be sure to charge up overnight.

Features

Apple's Touch ID makes a triumphant return in the iPhone 6, and it's as great as ever. So long as you properly train your fingerprints to the system, it'll let you unlock your phone and pay for iTunes downloads in moments. We had various reviewers in the office try it out, and every one of them was impressed. It's easy to set up, painless to use, and with the recent improvements in iOS 8, you'll now be able to utilize it in third-party apps.

Perhaps the best use for Touch ID is Apple Pay. Apple Pay uses the iPhone 6's integrated NFC radio to communicate with compatible point-of-sale systems across the country. You store your credit cards in the phone and pay by tapping against a scanner and holding your finger to the Touch ID sensor. Android phones have had NFC payments for a while, but Apple's managed to get the buy-in of every major bank and the big three credit card companies, and has implemented a super-secure system in which your credit card number is never actually used to make a purchase. Not enough retailers use Apple Pay to make it truly ubiquitous, but it remains a nifty feature that we've already grown to love.

Touch ID is great, but a few features are still glaringly absent from the iPhone 6. You can't listen to FM radio from your phone like you can with the latest phones from LG and HTC, nor is there an infrared blaster to let you control your TV. But the biggest absence is the lack of waterproofing: Now that Samsung flagships are getting water-resistant certifications, we want to stop worrying about spilling something on our iPhones.

Isis has released a graphic new execution video purporting to show four Shia “spies” being burned alive in Iraq.
Issued by the militant group’s media arm and claiming to be filmed in Anbar province, the footage shows four men apparently from Iraq’s popular resistance forces (militia), “confessing” individually to the camera.
The men are then strung up by their hands and feet to a wooden frame, before a fire is lit beneath them and they are burned to death.
Isis has entitled the video with a line from the Koran, roughly translated as “Punish them with the same harm they have caused you”, and experts said it came in direct response to videos showing similar atrocities circulated by Iraq’s Shia fighters.
Last week, a video circulated on social media showed the Shia militia leader Abu Azrael torturing and killing a Sunni fighter, accused of Isis allegiance, by burning him alive over an open pit.
In the early stages of Isis’s new video, the four prisoners are shown as they are made to watch that footage.
Dr Andreas Krieg, an expert on the Middle East from King’s College’s Department of Defence Studies, told The Independent that the new video was unlike previous Isis releases designed to “terrorise a global audience and attract fanatics”.

He said that Shia militias, often with the support of Iran and employed by the Iraqi government, have been committing atrocities “of the same scale as Isis” since 2003.
“Isis wants to show its most important military and ideological enemy, namely the Shia militias, that none of their atrocities will go unpunished,” Dr Krieg said.
“It wants to send the message that they are not impressed by Shia cruelties and that despite the Iraqi government’s determination, Isis can act with impunity.”

APPLE WATCH

For some people the Apple Watch was just too expensive, particularly compared to other manufacturer's smart watches. Well, now that's not true, as Apple has dropped the entry-level price of the Watch Sport to just £259 for the 38mm version and £299 for the 42mm version, down from £299 and £339 respectively. That will certainly help the entry-level Watch shift off the shelves, particularly as it now has a greater range of straps, including the new woven nylon case, which looks a bit more watch-like, compared to the Sports band. Apple hasn't touched the price of the standard Watch, although the entry-level model now ships with a woven nylon strap. This looks a little classier for the stainless steel Watch model and distinguishes this range from the Sports edition.

To my mind, Apple's decision to continuously grow the range with new straps and body colours is the right decision to make, as it means that you're not likely to bump into someone with the same combination as you. This is really one of the keys to Watch's success. You see, the problem with the vast majority of smartwatches is that they’ve been designed as a bit of technology, not also as something that you’d be happy to display on your wrist the entire time. It’s a trap that Apple has been keen to avoid with its Watch, aiming to design a smartwatch that’s both more powerful than what’s come before and more customisable than any other watch available.

While I found that Apple achieved most of these goals, the first version of the WatchOS was a little limited. In particularly, there were few watch faces, customisation was limited to what Apple gave you and apps didn't run natively on the Watch, making some of them rather slow. That all changes with WatchOS 2, which is now available for all users to download. As a result, I've completely updated this review to refer to the latest OS. Before I get into the details, I can completely understand why Apple took its time to add these new features: with the first OS, it was about getting the look and feel of the Watch right, while showing developers how the new features should work; with everybody used to the Watch, Apple could open up the OS to developers safe in the knowledge that they'd understand how the product worked. Our colleagues over at Alphr agree, calling it 'one superb smartwatch'.

I've also managed to get all of the Sport Edition models, which are available in Rose Gold and Yellow Gold in both 38mm and 42mm, complete with a new range of strap designs. What the new colours do is give you more choice when you're buying. With plenty of new strap options, too, the Sport Watch can be dressed to be as classy as you like or, with the bold new Sport straps, as flashy as you like. I have to say, having started out with a Stainless Steel model, that the new Sport colours would make be seriously pause and think about the model that's right for me.

Since this review first went live, I've also updated with my impressions of the Apple Watch Magnetic Charging Dock, the first official charging accessory from Apple. Previously, third-party manufacturers had made their own stands, integrating the USB wireless charging adaptor that ships with the Watch, but with Apple's accessory it's a neater all-in-one design that you don't have to worry about cable management with. Design

As Apple says, the Watch is its “most personal device yet”: that ethos even stretches to the way that company sells the product, with the in-store experience more jeweller than technology retailer. Even the packaging says high-end watch, rather than tech product.
